At CIVIL, we stand behind the quality of our work and want every client to feel confident in their decision to subscribe. This Refund Policy outlines how our 7-day risk-free trial and refund process works.

7-Day Risk-Free Trial

Every new subscription includes a 7-day risk-free trial period starting from your subscription date. During this trial, you have full access to all features included in your chosen plan. You can submit requests, receive deliverables, and experience our service firsthand.

If you determine that our service is not the right fit within the first 7 days, you are eligible for a 75% refund of your initial payment, no questions asked. The remaining 25% covers the work already completed and delivered during the trial period.

How to Request a Trial Refund

To request a refund during your 7-day trial period, contact us at oui@johnritchycivil.com with the subject line “Trial Refund Request” and include your name, subscription plan, and subscription start date. We will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

After the Trial Period

After the 7-day trial period has ended, all payments are considered final. Because our services involve custom creative work tailored specifically to each client, we are unable to offer refunds for completed billing periods beyond the trial window. This includes situations where you choose not to use your full allocation of requests during a billing cycle, you decide to pause or cancel your subscription partway through a billing period, or deliverables were completed as requested but did not produce specific business outcomes.

Our Commitment to Satisfaction

While refunds are not available after the trial period, we are deeply committed to your satisfaction. Every subscription plan includes unlimited revisions. If you are not happy with a deliverable, we will continue refining it until it meets your expectations at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work with you to resolve any concerns about the quality of our work.

Pausing Your Subscription

If you need to take a break from our services, you can pause your subscription at any time rather than canceling. When you pause, your remaining days are preserved and can be resumed whenever you are ready. This ensures you never lose value from your subscription. For example, if you subscribe and use the service for 21 days before pausing, you retain 10 unused days that remain available for future use.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain full access to our services until that date. Any work in progress at the time of cancellation will be completed and delivered to you.

Exceptions

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. In rare circumstances where there has been a significant service failure on our part (such as extended unavailability or failure to deliver any work during a billing period), we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion. These situations are handled individually, and we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss any concerns.
