The Clemow has been one of our most rewarding projects, taking a bold concept for 50+ living and bringing it to life in Ottawa’s prestigious Glebe District. The full marketing effort spanned from pre-construction through lease-up, with a brand identity built to resonate with the target demographic from day one.
Complete brand identity and naming, responsive website with virtual tours, Google and Meta ad campaigns, print collateral, signage, and branded merchandise. The branding perfectly captures the vision and speaks directly to the 50+ audience. Watching this 17-story, 158-unit building go from an empty parking lot to a vibrant, fully leased community is proof of what strategic marketing can do.
