We had the opportunity to work on THÉO Ottawa, a flagship student housing project that transformed a once-vacant building at the corner of King Edward and Rideau into a vibrant 507-bed student community. As part of the team, we contributed to the brand development, built the website, and ran the digital campaigns that attracted students from around the world.
As part of the project team, we contributed to the brand development and built the digital presence, including a responsive website with interactive 3D tours, detailed floorplans, FAQ sections, and a secure online application process. We also managed targeted digital ad campaigns and produced print and signage materials. The result: all 507 beds rented out by opening day, with students arriving from across the globe, proving the power of a well-executed digital-first marketing strategy.
